Quarter 2- Blog Post #3- Twilight

I finally finished Twilight and it was amazing! The part with James hunting Bella was so suspenseful and my favorite part of the book. I loved all of the action and adventures that took place. I am also very happy that Bella survived and wasn’t injured too badly. I do wish that Bella would tell her parents the truth of what happened, because I feel like things are much more complicated when Bella lies to them. I know that she can’t tell them that she is with vampires though. I guess I would probably do the same thing if I were in her shoes. Now that I finished the book, I am going to see the movie and I can’t wait! I just hope it will be as good as the book was if not better. I have heard great reviews though. The book continued to get better as I read it but I didn’t love the ending. I wish that Edward had taken Bella to a place that she would have actually enjoyed going to. One thing that bothers me is how Jacob Black was bribed to talk to Bella and convince her to leave Edward. I guess that it is nice that the Billy Black are looking out for her but it is annoying that he is so into her business. Overall, I loved the book and can’t wait to start New Moon.

Quarter 2- Blog Post #2- Twilight

Twilight is getting very hard to put down now. It is very suspenseful and exciting. The visitors finally come and there is one of them who wants to kill Bella. Edward and his family are doing as much as they can to keep Bella safe and get rid of the tracker. She feels that they are doing too much for her and doesn’t really get why they are risking so much. Alice said it is because Edward has finally found someone and they don’t want him to be miserable if something happens to Bella. I am also worried about Charlie though because what Bella said to him was very mean and I’m afraid that the tracker might injure him even though Esme is keeping an eye on him. Right now if I was in Bella’s situation, I would be really scared. Waking up at a random place and not remembering getting there just freaks me out. I am also really scared to see what happens with the tracker and where he went. In Alice’s vision, it sounded it he was going to be in a really creepy place but Bella later recognizes it as the ballet studio. They finally come to a conclusion and think that he tracker is coming to Arizona since they lost track of him. There is one problem with that, that’s where Bella is. Then they get on the topic about how her mom is coming back to town and starting worrying about her meeting the tracker. So much is happening and I can’t wait to keep reading to see how it turns out between the tracker and Bella, if they even get involved together.

Every time that I sit down and read Twilight, it gets better because more is going on. Where I left off, is definitely a big cliffhanger. I can’t wait to continue to read and see what happens while the visitors are here, now that they have finally arrived. I am very happy that Bella decided to tell her dad about Edward. Even though Billy is a nice guy, it is kind of annoying that he is so into her business, but I guess that it is nice of him to care for her. I am also happy that Edward is protecting Bella and sticking by he side while the visitors are there. I am very excited to learn more about them and see why the Cullen’s worry so much about them coming. It is very cool to see Edward and Bella to continue to bond and stick with each other. I also loved how accepting the Cullen’s are of Bella and are also looking out for her when the visitors come. Since I left off with the visitors about to enter the scene, I am excited for the action to start and see how everything turns out. I am worried for Bella though, and that she will get injured in one way or another. I have no idea what to expect of the visitors other than that because of their visit, Edward will be watching Bella like a hawk. I can’t wait to read and see what will start to happen and how everything turns out.
